PART 8: Maybe she is genuinely busy. REGARDLESS, have the COURTESY to tell me beforehand before I make my way all the way to the salon. The last time I checked, this isn't a freaking QB hair salon.

PART 2: Thinking she was a reliable hairstylist I asked her the second time around. When I got to the salon, she told me she was too busy to cut my hair and assigned me to someone else. That's fine.

PART 1: DO NOT ASK FOR ANN. She is terribly unprofessional. I have cut my hair at REDS three times. The first time I asked for Ann and she cut my hair perfectly fine.

I've been patronising REDS for over a decade now knowing that their team consists of only experienced senior stylists. I love this location and that my hair always turns out great!
