My 3 year CD finally Matured, got a notice in the mail, ok, had a family crisis, they rolled me into 0.25%, ok, pulled the money out, small print: 3% penalty !

what ! Manager couldn't override. Normally they get you for 3 months of the current rate. Nope. They actually took the profit I stored up for 3 years ! NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE YOU FSB !
