I ordered a glass of wine and it had tonnes of little flies in it . of course I got a refund and a more expensive glass of wine ,but still... it is unacceptable to have bugs in your wine

Came here twice. 2014 and 2015. Both Alex(s) are fab managers. (One of them has gone to tower bridge I think)

Service is really hit or miss. The food isn't bad either but be warned the portions are tiny!!!

Service actually isn't that terrible. It just takes some time ;-) and the food may be great. If they even served it until 9 like they should. Crisps were ok. And free after complaints. Thx.
