Just passing through Saturday morning, quick service and my hot chai tea was made perfect. Would come again if I'm in the area! Agreed that this place has VERY limited seating.

They are so fast! Usually my drink is done before I even get my money back in my wallet and walk over to the bar. The staff are so friendly too!
