Such a nice relaxing place if you can find a spare table.It is looking over river side.Barista is so friendly .service is great .

Other than being a standard Starbucks it's got free parking right outside (limited though) and a nice view of the small river.

Too much fun are not good too. Don't understand why the cashier will ask you again if you want your drinks cold or hot when at 1st place you mentioned "ice". Pay attention pls!

New in Festival Mall. Overlooking river park, high ceiling, friendly barista, clean. Fast service. Good for hanging out with friends.

Nice ambiance especially at night wherein you can see the colorful christmas lights outside. Also, friendly baristas and security guard. :)
