Don't order steeped tea if you're in a rush. They never seem to have any ready and you will have to wait the five minutes for a new pot to brew.

They try to be energetic but the staff just doesn't have it here. I love that it has tons of electrical outlets unlike the majority in Vic

Staff is slow and their confidence is low all around. Nobody smiles and shows energy like the great staff @ Royal Oak's location.

Would be nice if they got some of those cardboard sleeves for the coffee. If they don't double-cup them (which is a waste), you will literally burn yourself to death if you have to carry it far.
