Last visit here. After waiting for 40 minuets for a coffee and a salad I gave up and left. My other 5 friends all had their orders after a short wait.

Sadly they are very inflexible with kids. We just wanted to swap spaghetti for a gnocci in the kids menu but they wouldn't! Seems like an easy way to build goodwill missed.
