Wendy the manager was incompetent. I was refunded the money for my meal but not reimbursed for the damage to my clothes or truck seat. Clowning staff and irresponsible manager.

I received a Vanilla Late where the styrofoam cup had a chunk cut out of it. The employees lined the drinking portion with the lid so that when you took a drink hot Late would spill out.
