Beautiful rooms and hotel decor. Rooms aren't huge but are excellent and very comfortable and well designed. Would recommend to anyone.

Great hotel, great service, great location. Room is very small (cruise ship small). Roof top has a bar with the best view of the Empire State

Apparently nicer in the summer, when they spread the windows apart and the bar is effectively outside. In the winter, there's limited seating space--bad for groups.

Lovely hotel but really noisy street, I know NY is noisy but this was a new level for me. The hotel made a few odd mistakes with bookings but they were rectified without too much hassle.

Best hotel in NYC. Be sure to take in the magnificent view and delicious cocktail on the spyglass rooftop!

The atmosphere in this hotel signaled a great service and high quality from the beginning. The room was spotless and thoughtfully designed.
