Uffff what a place. The food is very simple, but delicious. The chef is a great character that is worth talking to.

An amazing Michelin starred restaurant in the middle of nowhere. The 52€ set menu is fabulous and surprising given the simple setting. Loved it!

Booking a room guarantees you a table at the restaurant. If you rather eat elsewhere, there is only one restaurant in Peillon, else you need to drive down to the valley. Not sure it's worth it.

Excellent cuisine, sophisticated, surprising and fabolous in taste. View of the valley and village from the terrace. Meet the Chef and be lead on a great dinner. Famous guests. Menus 52/62€.
