Soulless I'm afraid - watched a long awaited baked Alaska be delivered to a bunch of kids & it wasn't on fire & they were SO disappointed :-(

Nice enough place. Bit dated in lobby and bar but rooms OK. No real difference between standard room and 'Classic' room - not worth the price difference.

Yesterday photographed a Wedding at Cedar Court. Not the best of locations for photo's, but we found a few nice spots and got some great images, staff were friendly and the function rooms look great.

yes coffee is pricey. good idea if arriving breakfast time (eg for a conference ) to order coffee and toast as only 30p more than cup coffee

Friendly reception and bar staff, however terrible dated rooms - staying here for work, but would not pay myself to stay here myself

The food and drink prices are a rip off. Steak is more expensive than the finest steak houses in London. The rooms are v. basic and dated. Avoid staying here if you can.

Coffee is pricy - £2.95 per small cup. And to be honest, it's really not that good...
