Comfy beds, central and convenient location. Not ideal to have to pay for parking. Overall decor and facilities could use a refresh.

Brutal experience if you stay as a guest of an employee. Discounted rate means you're a second class citizen at this hotel.

The staff are nice and the price for room service and the lobby restaurant are reasonable. Rooms and facilities are clean, beds are comfy. But you have to pay for parking additionally.

The curtains do shut, there are blackout panels behind the shear curtains. The only reason I figured it out is because it happened to me before at another hotel.

Noisy heating system and window curtains don't shut! Okay if you can sleep with lots of noise and light creeping in. They provide earplugs and eye shades... Come on!

P2 there's a restroom available but make sure you ask staff at the front desk if it's ok. ;)
