The room smells. They didn't have ketchup. There is trash in the driveway and the wifi sucks. So pretty awesome for $40 a night.

Stay somewhere else. Terrible service, terrible beds, dirty silverwear. Too expensive. This is supposed to be long term stay, you won't want to stay more than one night.
