Room still not done since my leaving at 12 it is now 3:30.

Ok first there are no racks for luggage to help you to your room, nor did anyone offer to help. I left the room at 12 noon came back at 3:30. Cleaning people have not cleaned yet.

Pretty nice HGI located really close to BWI airport. Takes less than 15 minutes to get downtown. Good rates for the area as well. I'd stay again if I had to spend another night by BWI.

This is one of the best Hilton properties I have ever stayed in. If you have any issues ask for Audrey, she always goes out of her way to make my stay exceptional.
