The Kenyan government is invested in the hotel, and you can tell they don’t want to sink a lot of money into renovations. The customer service is mediocre at best. There must be better options around.

So far nothing is good, very old furniture. In the room only thing which is relatively new is TV. The rest is like from Santa Barbara.

Restaurant and food very good. Staff is very friendly, wi fi effective. The rooms are small, clean but very old.

Probably the worst hilton in the world. The entrance&reception is quite luxurous but when you get into room, disaster! Every equipment in the room and bathroom is old,room is very small. Need a change

First time here was decent. This time 👎 they tired to upsell me the executive lounge level for $165 usd more. A ripoff. Old room, carpet appears 20 yrs old, bathroom tile is disgusting 👎👎

One of the best hotel in Nairobi. Good food, well stocked executive lounge. Nice rooms, nice staff. Parking is a bit challenging. Nothing is a problem to them and they always try to resolve it.

Nice, quite executive lounge on 15th floor of the Hilton. Good food, beer, wine etc. Staff is friendly, very professional, they provide good service but yet stay away enough to give you privacy 👍
