Excellent staff and very eager to help. This facility is very clean and well design. The lounge has a nice setting and if the weather permits, sit outside and enjoy the night

Despite the updated look at first glance, the bathrooms had mildew. Also woke up in the middle of the night to find a giant cockroach in my bathroom.

Shuttle runs once per hour. Last shuttle from airport is at 10pm.

The remodeled room is very nice n comfortable. A notable issue is that this property markets itself as a DFW airport hotel. It took 59 minutes from DFW curbside to hotel front desk. Unacceptable wait

Not bad, has been remodeled as 1st tip claims. This is an airport 'mechanical problem' and pilot overnight overflow. I recommend you skip the shuttle and take a cab to get there quick.

Easily my favorite holiday inn in the DFW area. Just make sure you get a room on the top floor.
