Three day stay during Xmas 2017. Room was spacious enough. The staff were nice but confused. Only one person out of four could help with our basic questions. Ok stay, not amazing.

Very good hotel in service, rooms and decor very classic, so that's something you have to like. Otherwise a really good hotel experience with everything you expect. Enjoy bathing with the rubber duck!

Rubbish hotel. Spa closed at 6pm - meaning no sauna, we're in Finland and there is no sauna until 2pm tomorrow - what a joke. Club lounge is closed at 6pm? Why! Avoid this place at all costs

First time I've had to ask for food at a executive lounge, i.e they are minimising the food they give you. Very stingy!!
