Two years later since our last visit, a service nightmare this time. Room amenities missing (a lot), gross misinformation at desk and when given feedback the staff was insanely rude. Bad experience.

For Finland, Naantali Spa was a positive surprise. Basic rooms are spacious enough w/ a toddler. You can fit the stroller. Staff varies from super friendly (Thai R) to barely talking (reception).

Could use a renovation and less extra fees (such as for children's bathrobe, slippers, towels). Thai garden and Wine bar are excellent!
