The room was clean, the most amazing shower in a hotel too! Breakfast is well worth it too and the area is perfect - right my mandela Square! Oh and there’s a great shuttle bus.

Worst service I have ever experienced. Room service is slow. Restaurant wait staff is slow and unfriendly. Prostitutes frequent this hotel. Management doesn't care. Don't stay here!!!

Service is horrible however location very convenient. Waited forever for drinks at bar & room device. Lots of prostitutes at the bar area which is weird for guests. Needs new management.

Hotel do lado da estação de trem e a 400 m do Mandela Square. Hotel novo com ótimos atendentes, excelente café da amanhã . Nos deixaram fazer late checkout sem nenhum problema.
