The room was nasty! I killed a bug on the bed. The lobby was 90 degrees so you can't hang around to tell 'em how lousy the place is. This (see photo) was in the tub. What IS that?!

Nice looking from the outside. Toilet was clogged heater didn't work on a night it was in the low 40's and no sound barrier between rooms or to hallway We will not be going back

Check in is very, very slow!! Both employees spent more time talking in the phone than checking in guests.
