Don't know what's with the low rating, this is a smaller, more relaxing Bed Bath & Beyond location than most. Staff are friendly locals too. While the selection is ok, come here to get the essentials.

The cashier kept trying to push us to take advantage of the "special offer" on some product. We eventually just had to buy it so we could leave the store.

They don't have a beauty section. Also, layout is awkward compared to other BB&Bs.

Instead of browsing around, come with a plan of just a few items - walk right in and up to a salesperson and ask them for help. Don't get caught in the impulse-trap!
