There is no bus terminal, therefore no toilet or ticket office. Don't get here early. If you leave very early in the morning, prepare for vomiting binge drinkers and loud smokers from the nearby club.

Be nice to the coach drivers ....they don't bite !! Please have the correct money or loads of change if you want to buy a ticket as the drivers don't carry change

The website for National Express @Pool Valley has not been updated as it says the ticket office is still here and it has the old number which will actually get you through to a taxi office #annoying
