2 x 90 minutes with a 15 min break to eat a veggie sandwich. Then pea protein shake made with rice milk. 3 hours of exercise and first time in Coney Island!

Definitely the best part of the beach spread because it's so desolate. Excellent for meditating or kettlebells or any workout really :-D

Stick to the Brighton side of the beach. The closer you get to coney island, the grosser the sand gets
