This is a great museum. The stories of the women presented here are inspiring and fascinating. They also have some really cool mechanical flight simulators on display, including one from the 1940s!

If you're going to the Cod, this is a great extra trip in the same area, but I wouldn't have gone out of my way to visit. But there was a lot of interesting history.

Did you know? The first American woman to become a licensed pilot was Harriet Quimby in 1911. She was also the first woman to fly across the English Channel.

The New Frontier exhibit features Valentina Tereshkova, who was the first woman to orbit Earth in 1963. The famous flight of Sally Ride in 1983, the first American in space, is documented as well.
