Don't miss the chimney sweep tunnel that has little ones disappearing into one fireplace and coming out another!

Museum is great, lots to look at and play with for children and grown-ups. The tea room is terrible, though - overpriced, poor service and the food (especially the sandwiches) not very good.

park for free, walk around the grounds, let the kids play in the playground and then have a cup of tea and homebaked cake
