If you aren't the only people around, be considerate and don't hang out on top of the tower for too long. Other people want to take pictures up there, too!

If you take the Mt. Battie Trail, the way up is fun and challenging. View is amazing! But way down is a little treacherous and it's easy to get lost. Keep the way down in mind!

So glad we took the scenic route from Portland to Bar Harbor. This view is breathtaking and well worth the price to enter the park!

Great spot for photos. Go up the tower, but best photo location is over to the left of the parking. Also this is a great day hike.
