If considering ham and cheese sandwich, it is similar to an English pub one, basic w/semi-hot mustard, lotsa bread. I asked for sauce, waitress brought a cider Dijon vinaigrette, which helped a lot.

Try the pheasant. They make good, creative cocktails too.
