One of the most popular coffee companies in the city. With multiple locations around Downtown and numerous other locations serving their product. It’s a great pit stop in the middle of a busy day.

Wonderful service and adorable atmosphere. If you hang til closing time on Saturday afternoons you might get a bakery treat from the case.

Definitely one of the most underrated coffee houses in northeastern Ohio. When I lived in Cleveland I went to the one in Cleveland hts, and this one on 9th street is awesome also.

Solid coffee menu and friendly staff. Like the cortado. Phoenix’s got a cozy vibe for conversations and lounging around.

The workers here are amazing people. Truly great atmosphere and employees. They returned my lost phone and wallet to me. Very hard to find people like that in this world
