Very slow. And usually a long line at any time of day. Also I know it's great to make small talk but not when you have 6 other people in line.

Staff is rude didn't mix my Green Tea Latte green powder was at the top. They don't recycle your cup, I will NEVER come here again. Sticking with East Pointe Starbucks staff there is very friendly.
