Tend to stop off here on the way to work. Never had a bad experience with service, and always create the perfect drink. Great place to refresh yourself just before or after a long drive on the M23

Ahmed the smiley barista is lovely-great service and coffee. The female Polish(?) barista spoilt my visit with sour face and mean attitude on my way out, she needs customer service lessons from Ahmed!

A little bit upset with this Starbucks today and it's the first time in years that I have been disappointed with this store or it's staff. Everything on lock down and clean up mode at 2030hrs
