This is the grumpiest Starbucks I've ever gone to... and they somehow always burn the edges of my pastries but leave the middle frozen.

I'm new to this area and have been to a lot of different Starbucks and have even worked for them when I was younger. I must say this one is in my top five for the worst customer service!

I don't know why, but I've noticed a mark decrease in the level of customer service at this location - new manager or bunch of bad hires or something...
