I stood at the counter for a good 5 mins before realising there were no employees around - no cashiers, no cleaners, no cooks. Fire everyone & close down already so we can have a better burger joint.

Waited 30 minutes just to get order and they have the nerve to ask my friend who was queueing behind me to re-queue at the next counter. WTF is wrong with this branch.

The food is great BUT these staffs are the worst in Malaysia. I had absolutely the worst service 3 times in a row. I suggest heading to another BK in Dsra perdana instead, do not waste your time.

Recently renovated to include more parking spaces and a more comfortable environment. Food is the usual BK standard. It’s the quiet and comfortable atmosphere that keeps me coming back.

Wishing BK to stay open in Malaysia. Feel some of the prices are not equally to the amount you pay for
