Had one drive through monitor was down, so they just let those jump in line. Left all sorts of confusion and at least one person who didn't get the drink he ordered.

Ordered a grilled chicken wrap they gave me a dbl 1/4 pounder after reading my order back to me twice then verifying again at BOTH windows. 1st and LAST time I will ever be going here.

They can't even get the order right. The receipt was correct, but the simple process of reading the screen and putting the correct item in the bag must be too challenging for them.
