Kitchen ran out of garlic powder so they served buttered bread instead of garlic bread. Wasn't pleased with the substitute, so waiter offered to swap the miserable buttered bread with two ice-creams.

Reporting now eating at 2:30pm Feb 2014 that there is no slow service problem for me like the other complaints. Someone should try peak hour and report if improved.

Worst service ever,staff playful amongst themselves.I hv to collect the order myself frm the counter.One staff wiped table next to us,never washed her hands after that.customer service at its worst!!!

The order slowly come one by one. My experience on other Pizza Hut is not like this.
