Staff spend to much time socializing with each other rather than dealing with customers, the real people who make their wages possible! Definitely NOT my favorite Timmy's.

Went here this morning and not only was I served immediately but all of the frontline staff greeted me as I walked in. Surely I'm not just a big deal?
