The burger was meant to be in a brioche bun, but we got a poppyseed one. Would have helped to be notified in case of allergies. Also, burger has mayonnaise on, and it wasn't mentioned. Blech!

This trip was good. The kids meals are good size portions and the burgers have gone up a notch. Also there was a starter of onion rings & chicken bites. Seemed a little odd but was amazing.

Went here today and it was pretty shitty. Poor service, my burger was burned. Took 15 minutes to get drinks sorted and then a long time for main and desserts to arrive. Had one great trip, one awful.

Don't bother going to the Packe Arms. It's really gone down hill, bad service and really bad attitude...

Worth booking a table if going on a Sunday as can get busy. Once seated, food is ordered at the bar. Steve the Manager very friendly, good family atmosphere and decent food.
