Brilliant has a long history , comes with a reputation that can lead to over expectation. The food *is* very good, but be prepared for very rich Indian food with a twist. Heavily spiced but never hot.

Totally refurbished from when I was here eons so. Food very good but could have been a bit spicier. Naans were a bit heavy, not the delicate light ones found at a few other top notch restos. 8/10

Brilliant continues to do what it does best: authentic, often spicy, curries that reflect its East African Asian heritage. Try curries like methi chicken or palak lamb, and enjoy its glamorous bustle.
