Food is ok, but the service is terrible. We have been there at least 5 times this year and they have messed up the order by forgetting items or messing up the order. Wish something else would open

Maybe it's because I'm a Vermonter...but the employees here were extremely rude. Is it a stupid question to ask for a fried egg on my sandwich?
