You'll find a lot of second and third generation chefs at the CIA. Where else would professionals send their child? CIA alumnus Peter Rastrelli is carrying on his family traditions at Rastrelli's!

What great food and a very good salad bar. My filet was huge and cooked perfectly (medium rare). My wife's chicken parmigiana was tender and moist. Can't wait to return. Easy ride from the casino.
