The lamb is delicious! Have one bowl be sweet and the only water. Everything cooks very quickly so be careful to not overbook the veggies.

Go with a date, order the rib eye and try to spicy as your soup. If you go with a group- make sure to warn them this isn't a normal "restaurant" this is shabu shabu!
