Hate their customers, a lot of stairs, the staff promises things on reservation but when you arrive you get to know they lie. Everything costs money. If you want welcoming attitude - don't come here

Bof. Service lent, cuisine moyenne. Les serveurs sont plutôt sympas mais ils s'ennuient. Point positif : la vue est très belle.

Seems as they have no idea of how to run a hotel. No villas have sun so the private pool is pointless.

Heaven.deluxe room is small but nice its worth forking out for a villa with private pool!
