The hotel is excellent, maybe one of the most beautiful in Macedonia. BUT, the usage of the spa centre is extra charged and the food is very expensive and of very low quality.

Tasteless food (Yes, I've tried it all). Too bad, it's such a nice place. The closest restaurant is 5km away in Berovo.
