Guy at the concierge desk looked like a crab fisherman, fresh off the boat. Did not seem the least bit curious why i booked four nights and stayed only one.

The staff double-booked my room & the other patron walked in with a programmed key while I was in my underwear. Not happy! Then I came back from dinner & neither of MY keys worked...not good!

Having stayed at Rodeway last time we were in Ithaca, this place is huge improvement for $9 more -- queen beds, decorative fireplace in room, bigger breakfast.
