Good city location. Grocery store within walking distance. Place overall is clean. Space are a little cramped if you're towing. No real place to put your vehicle.

Pros: location, decent facilities, cool group area along creek; Cons: road noise, high school noise, densely packed. If you need downtown, go for it. Otherwise, try a more remote camp for quiet.
