Might not be the best place to stay for those with mobility concerns or who brings lots of suitcases. Stairs required for most access to rooms not on first floor.

The nightly rates are very good considering how close they are to the bottom of an amazing ski mountain. Most rooms are a suite with two rooms. The drive to Beaver Creek is short and amazing stay!

Location is Everything. The lodge is not great at anything. Paper thin walls and so hot in the room it is stifling.

Second time I've stayed here. Staff is friendly. Rooms are really cool if you have a casual group of friends, you can fit a lot of people in one of these rooms. Theres lots of places to eat nearby

South facing rooms are the best mountain views. In the summer, rooms get hot. No a/v, but box fans in every room

Great affordable Lodge to stay at Avon. Beautiful facility! Rooms are cozy, and with equipped with kitchenettes and fridge. During the Summer rooms can get very hot since there is no air conditioning.

Great location, close to good restaurants,grocery store and liquor store. Rooms are a nice size with small kitchens. Will stay here again.

Avoid rooms over the electric lobby doors...very noisy, 249 is one.
