Manager was a little weird (I interrupted his phone call!?!) when I checked in but everyone else is super friendly &helpful.

Handicapped rooms are convenient entry on the end of the hotel but are also under the stairs so you hear every smoker coming down for their smoke...

Requested an accessible room which I figured would be in the 1st floor but not under the stairs! Lots of running up & down as people make their way out to smoke!
