В целом, по местным меркам, вполне нормальный отель. Достаточно хороший и грамотно сделанный пляж и СПА. Большинство отдыхающих местные евреи и русские, в подавляющем количестве пенсионного возраста.

Great location and good amenities, however the service is the worst I have ever experienced at any IHG hotel. Everythings is overpriced and the staff is rude. The good news, it is on the Dead Sea!

few steps from the beach, great spa treatments, parking near by, service slow but good, a place for relaxing, not many stores around or places to eat.

Excellent lunch buffet and quite close to the Dead Sea. Don't need to take a vehicle, just walk 50 feet and you're in the water!

This hotel is marvelous but avoid the borj al Hamam Lebanese restaurant, it sucks all the way, service is bad , food is horrible and too expensive. Not worth the trouble

Rooms are in dire need of renovation. Customer service is generally poor and slow. The staff just doesn't appear to give a $#!+ about you. Wifi code = crownet38 now. 30 min walk to Jaffa gate.
