This building was originally a grocery store, owned by W.E. Adams. It was the largest in the region. The Wild Bill carving just north of the building was carved by Crazy Horse sculptor, K. Ziolkowski.

From the pictures on their Website, it seems more like a boutique hotel with nicely appointed rooms than a typical chain hotel.
