Friendly service, good food at breakfast and at the Japanese restaurant. They give you coffee to go! Whiteside restaurant do not have an extensive menu for dinner time.

Hotel info boasts pool area adults only after 10pm but apparently now all-ages until.closing. Hordes of screaming kids leaping & lobbing inflatable balls around. Infants in diapers in pool & hot tub.

At check-in, asked if waterslide operating, informed "YES". Not 10min later saw...construction cone blocking exit and chain across the entrance! Funny look for an open waterslide!!! NOT IMPRESSED!!!!

Waterslide apparently been closed / broken for years but staff still tell guests it is working. Hot tub lukewarm, jets inoperative, one nozzle broke off in another guest's hand tonight.

Hot Tub was warm at best, jets not working worth a damn and one was even fallen out of the side of the tub. UNIMPRESSED!!!,

Great Family Hotel, gave the kids a goodie bag of toys when we checked in. Friendly service. Clean rooms and of course the pool is great fun for the kids!! Would definitely come back.

TW's is a friendly spot for a drink after a hard day's work. Make sure to say hello to Jen on weekends! Kennedy commons is just a walk away with AMC cinema, metro supermarket and LCBO, amongst others.
