My family had a group of young girls in the room next to us who were super loud all night long. Had to call the front desk 3 times and eventually had to go down to the front desk to resolve the issue.

Excellent service, pretty quiet. The shuttle advertised on the website doesn't run weekends and is primarily for corporate guests (which is not noted online)

Restaurant service is slow & food not worth the price. Head over to the restaurants in the mall. The hotel has a free shuttle too the mall & it takes no time to get there and back.

This has to be the noisiest hotel ever. Construction at sun up, sounds from your neighbors shower, constant mechanical noises, etc. if you're a light sleeper, consider another hotel.
